Product Usage
Suitable for the care of puncture wounds and for securing indwelling needles and catheters on the skin, it creates a bacteriostatic environment at the puncture site and protects the insertion area.
Product Features
The dressing core contains calcium alginate fibers.
The calcium ions in calcium alginate can form a mesh-like gel on the wound surface, facilitating observation of exudate at the puncture site, preventing bacterial invasion, and creating an antibacterial barrier to protect the puncture site.
The transparent PU film and its accompanying pressure-sensitive adhesive are used to adhere to the skin surface, securing the dressing core in place over the affected area.
The border‑protective paper and the release liner serve to prevent the PU film from adhering to the packaging bag prior to use, thereby facilitating storage and transportation.
