To strengthen the supervision and administration of online sales of medical devices and online trading services for medical devices, and to ensure public safety in the use of medical devices, the State Food and Drug Administration has formulated and promulgated the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Sales of Medical Devices (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”), which will come into effect on March 1, 2018.
