Single-use Anesthesia Gas Circuit Filter
Product Usage
It is used in conjunction with anesthetic breathing circuits to filter gases, removing particulates and bacteria from the anesthetic gas during patient anesthesia.
Product Features
The single-use anesthetic ventilator filter employs a high-efficiency filtration medium that effectively captures dust, bacteria, and other pathogens from the gas stream or tubing, preventing the entry of harmful substances into the patient’s body and reducing the risk of cross‑infection between the patient and the ventilator, thereby lowering the incidence of respiratory tract infections.
This product employs a polypropylene fiber microporous membrane, a thin film made from polymeric materials. Its key features include: small, uniform pore size and strong retention capacity; lightweight and thin construction; high porosity (with micropores accounting for approximately 80% of the membrane’s total volume); low resistance to airflow, resulting in fast filtration rates and high removal efficiency.
The product employs a filter membrane with a dense array of penetrable micropores, each measuring 0.45 μm in diameter, achieving a filtration efficiency of ≥90% for particles larger than 0.5 μm.
With low airway resistance, this product should exhibit an airway resistance of no more than 0.3 kPa at a flow rate of 10 L/min.
Model number Specifications
Q-I type straight Adult
Q-II type curved model Adult
Q-I type straight model Children's
[Note: Includes, but is not limited to, the models listed above]
